About us. Concept. Partners. Process.

Three areas of competence and experience. Your benefit: competitive advantage.

EBMT Consulting is a boutique advisory firm founded in 2026 by three partners. We work where business strategy, welding technology and materials engineering, and marketing and sales meet.

01. The company concept

More than twenty years of experience in technology, marketing, communication and sales.

We work at the intersection of business strategy and technology. We do more than solve industrial, welding or metallurgical problems. We turn them into sales success: we optimise technology, position the brand, develop human capital and update the business model.

We work for production directors, maintenance managers, owners of metalworking plants and welding engineers - people who read specifications and work with data, not adjectives.

WE ARE
WE ARE NOT
An advisory firm at the intersection of technology and business
A manufacturer or supplier of equipment
Three partners with their own hands-on practice
An agency with a portfolio of hundreds of projects
An implementation run on the shop floor
A report that ends up in a drawer
A partner in audits and qualifications
A training company with no production experience
Four letters. Four competences.
Engineering, Business, Marketing and Talent Consulting
E
ENGINEERING

Engineering.

We develop or optimise technology and solve production and welding problems.

B
BUSINESS

Business.

We verify and update the business model - moving from a transactional to an advisory approach.

M
MARKETING

Marketing.

We position the brand and promote the value proposition to win the market.

T
TRANSFORMATION

Talent.

We develop team competences to maximise results. We turn outstanding specialists into effective technology leaders.

02. Three partners. One shared goal.

Who is behind it

A technologist and product manager. A welding engineer and auditor. A marketing strategist. Three competences that rarely sit at the same table in industry.

Partner 01. Technology. Product. Strategy.

Krzysztof Sadurski

As a business leader with both a management (Executive MBA) and an engineering (PhD) background, I work where technology and strategy overlap. My speciality is translating complex technical requirements into effective market strategies.

For more than 20 years I have built and led interdisciplinary teams and managed a global product portfolio and technical sales support in the international metal and welding industry.

I help industrial clients understand and implement advanced technologies (including automation and robotics) through the lens of hard business metrics and manufacturing cost optimisation. My mission is simple: scale revenue, develop talent and drive business growth while consistently protecting profitability.

Partner 02. Welding. Quality. Audit.

Artur Poor

I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and welding technology. I connect the complex realities of the shop floor with strategic quality management. I have worked on projects in Europe, Asia and Africa, which gave me perspective on managing technical teams and optimising production processes across different cultural environments.

I do more than fix day-to-day technical problems. I build lasting quality systems. As a certified welding engineer (IWE/EWE), auditor (ISO 9001/14001) and practitioner, I focus on turning the hidden costs of production, caused by non-conformities, rework and manual documentation, into measurable efficiency gains.

Welding competences: root cause analysis, developing WPS/WPQR and solving problems with complex joints. Quality and audit: turning ISO 9001/14001 from a burden into a competitive advantage. Industry 4.0 and AI: integrating AI-based tools with traditional quality management processes in production.

CREDENTIALS
  • Certified IWE/EWE welding engineer
  • ISO 9001/14001 auditor, digitalisation of documentation and audit preparation
  • Root cause analysis, WPS/WPQR, complex joints
  • Industry 4.0 and AI in production quality management

Partner 03. Strategy. Marketing. Communication.

Aleksander Znosko-Czarnecki

I am a strategic management expert who specialises in turning organisations into coherent mechanisms, particularly in marketing, digital marketing and omnichannel communication.

Over the past six years I have worked for brands such as Sandoz, TZF Polfa, Emerging Founders, Luxmed, Kozminski University, UEW, KSAP, Hawle and many others. At 24 I became a lecturer at the best business school in Central and Eastern Europe, and for five years I have been running marketing training courses, showing that marketing can be done differently.

I gained my experience in numerous organisations and projects in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, higher education and start-ups. In every role I have tried to understand the organisation as a whole and look at it from a wider perspective. In time this allowed me to create AZC Consulting: a boutique advisory brand specialising in the SME sector.

03. How we work. Five steps.

From performance barrier to a stable return on investment

We do not write a report that ends up in a drawer. We implement the solution in real production conditions.

STEP
NAME
WHAT WE DO
WHAT YOU GET
01

Consultation.

45-minute discovery

We start with a free online consultation to define the problem to solve: operational, technical or strategic constraints.

WHAT WE DO

We do not ask for lengthy studies. Together we define the problem to solve and the main constraints.

WHAT YOU GET

A named problem to solve and your decision whether we continue.

02

Audit.

No impact on your day-to-day work

We work in your real production conditions to describe and measure the actual state.

WHAT WE DO

Measurement of process flow, cycle time and process efficiency, plus cost calculation, without interrupting active operations.

WHAT YOU GET

A baseline built on measurement and data.

03

Solution design.

Solution plan and return on investment

You receive a proposed solution and an implementation plan.

WHAT WE DO

We prepare and present solution proposals together with their intended business results.

WHAT YOU GET

A solution plan with return on investment assumptions.

04

Implementation.

Industrialisation and mentoring

We do not write a report that ends up in a drawer.

WHAT WE DO

We run the implementation in real production conditions. We solve problems as they arise and support your people with hands-on practice, training or mentoring.

WHAT YOU GET

A team and a technology taken through the change process.

05

Verification.

Value measurement and handover

We carry out a final results audit to confirm the planned return.

WHAT WE DO

A summary of the competence handover to your team.

WHAT YOU GET

A team fully prepared to maintain the optimised processes on its own.

Every stage ends with your decision: we continue or we close the project. No obligation at the consultation stage.
