01The problem to solve

Three fundamental questions

CLIENT'S DIAGNOSISPicture this: It's Monday morning, and a manager bursts into a department at an industrial plant with a loud announcement: "We’re implementing AI!" Are you thrilled? Exactly, most of us would react with a fair bit of skepticism. Yet scenarios like this happen all the time, and they are far from isolated incidents.
AUDIT DIAGNOSISIn my training sessions, I often see employees who have access to various AI tools. Some embrace them, while others avoid them like the plague. The problem isn't that people are lazy or lack motivation. The root cause usually lies much deeper - within the organization itself, rather than the people who power it.

02Scope

Drawing from over 200 hours spent in training rooms, I developed a more structured framework for organizational AI adoption. It comes down to three fundamental questions: 1. Are your processes documented? (via flowcharts, standard operating procedures, documentation, etc.) 2. Do you have a consistent, structured knowledge and data management system? 3. Does your workforce share a relatively equal baseline of knowledge regarding AI and automation?

03What we implemented in real production conditions

Pilot run.

04What the final audit showed

If the answer to all three questions is a clear "yes," you can immediately identify where and how to launch a pilot project and get to work. If not, you need to step back and do your homework, long before giving your team a near-heart-attack on a Monday morning. If you need help answering these questions, feel free to reach out!
